We have been loyal customers for 30 years. Bought many bikes and skis here. The service is outstanding. We stopped in to pick up a new pump this week. Jon L and everyone else was friendly and very helpful. The shop looks amazing with the refinished wood floors and bright atmosphere. When you think of “local bike shop” this is the real deal.
Spring Street Sports is a great local bike shop (LBS) that I trust. I'm an avid road cyclist, and I know that when I bring in my racing bike it's in good hands. They're mechanics are skilled and knowledgeable. I always find them willing to take the time to talk mechanical issues and repairs and even give some know-how if it's a repair you can take care of at home.
I find their costs to be fair and their service timely. In fact, there was a time recently when I had something fail on me two days before a race, and they were able to fit in the repair in a pinch.

Personal attention by a knowledgeable sales representative. They did a great job explaining bike carrier options and features. Accessories for our bikes were available and quickly installed.
